At Ash Aura, we are committed to delivering your favorite fragrances safely and on time. Every order is carefully packed to ensure your perfume reaches you in perfect condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Pakistan: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery to remote areas may require additional time.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on 2 orders above.
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within

24 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
